The Rapid Refill concept was established in 2002 in Eugene, Oregon at a time when the country was eager to embrace and appreciate the cost savings that comes from the process of remanufacturing inkjet and toner cartridges. It wasn’t long after that a single store grew into a thriving national brand where fueled by dramatic increases in demand for recycled and value positioned products.

Along the way, our growth has attracted experienced franchise and print industry talent, bringing significant enhancements to the company's business model, training and support infrastructure, and marketing engine. Now, with a thriving retail brand, the Rapid Refill concept is primed for a period of high growth. Our objective: to gain significant market share in the retail ink and toner marketplace.

To achieve this goal, Rapid Refill franchisees, our executive team and our entire home office staff work together to operate under a set of core values. At the heart of these values, is a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service in conjunction with a wide range of high quality products and services at exceptional values. Our franchise strategy is focused on rapidly growing our franchise system. This is done through our new Rapid Start™ franchise model as a spring board to single and multi-unit franchise ownership. Through our hard work and decades of franchising experience, Rapid Refill is well on its way to becoming the ink and toner retailer of choice in every market in the United States.
